Week 1: Tiny World ... "Hello!"
Macro photography is one of my personal photo indulgences. Shooting a moving subject in macro is not a simple task so the garden snails found in my back yard make for easy targets. This little guy is about 1/2 the size of a pinkie nail. This photo earned 2nd place in the Orlando Camera Club's August 2015 Competition, Monochrome Category. Nikon D750, Nikon 105mm Micro, Processed in Lightroom and converted to B&W in Photoshop.
Keywords: black and white, macro, monochrome, snail, succulent, tiny world
Well congratulations first! - This is just so unusual - a really different "take" - love it. OK - I need to get going with my photos!
Great shot Julie, you are off to a great start, welcome to our challenge!
